Founder, Maryland Integrative Medicine
Evan Taxin, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for health optimization, longevity, and preventative medicine. He earned his Physician Assistant degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Evan began his career in orthopedic surgery, spending over a decade developing expertise in musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment. However, after years of seeing conventional medicine focus more on treating disease rather than preventing it, he shifted his focus to a proactive approach—helping patients optimize their health, slow the aging process, and enhance overall vitality.
He pursued advanced training in Age Management Medicine, specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, cellular health, and exercise science. He has also completed additional education in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Worldlink Medical, A4M, and is an active member of the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute (SSRP).
Evan founded Maryland Integrative Medicine, a telehealth-based wellness practice, where he helps men and women overcome hormonal imbalances, premature aging, excess body fat, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, and performance issues. After years of balancing his wellness practice with orthopedic surgery, he has now dedicated himself fully to his mission—helping patients take control of their health, enhance their longevity, and live with renewed energy and vitality.
